At Beo we explore the old traditions of fermentation and pickling, elevating probiotic and medicinal cuisine. We wish for people to experience creative, plant-powered vegan food in a contemporary atmosphere bringing refinement to the fore in both our food and decor. Our menus follow the seasons as we source our ingredients from local producers whenever possible. Our wines are selected from within Europe (keeping our carbon footprint in mind), are all vegan and follow either organic, biodynamic, natural or sustainable practices in their production.
Our small team creates inspiring tasting menus that change each month with a fantastic varied selection of wines to pair with. From Monday to Friday we open for lunch with a simple menu along with coffee, medicinal lattes, teas and delicious cakes. Our evening menu and wines by the glass and bottle are available Wednesday to Sunday. We offer gluten free options on all our menus.
